NH/VT singer songwriter, Noah Hatton, will be Rockin’ the Berg on the music Lunchbox Series on Fitchburg’s K-Zone 105.3 FM and 1280 AM WPKZ on February 19, 2021 from 12:00-1:00 PM. The show host, Derek Drowne, has had some impressive local and international musical guests on the show, including John Macaluso, a career drummer from Italy who is an original member of the progressive rock machine, Ark, and has a long history of recording sessions and performances with Joe Lynn Turner of Deep Purple, James Labrie of Dream Theater and Jennifer Batten, former guitarist extraordinaire for Michael Jackson.
WPKZ station coverage reaches 18 area towns in their community reach and has a broad reach to additional MA towns. The station remains mostly a news and talks station with added sports and entertainment programming. In the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association 2020 Sound Bit Awards, the station was recognized in the category of “Spot News Story.”
Noah Hatton is a pop/indie singer songwriter and classically trained jazz singer with over ten years experience in recording and performing. His passion for music goes beyond his energy on stage. Every word written in his songs has been calculated to evoke your sense of imagination. His original music is packed with bluesy southern rock influences and is combined with his smooth crooner vocal mastery. Noah’s debut five song EP, Middle of the Backseat, was released April 2020. The EP which hypnotizes in every sense of the word was recorded by D Sharp International. The EP has streamed over 20,000 streams since its release. Noah is currently working on a series of singles, including a pop classic tune “Run Diana”, “Castles in San Francisco” and “Love the way you cry”. Noah’s first release is expected in the spring of 2021, with new singles to follow each quarter.
For the 2019 All You Got Tour season Noah was a lead singer in the tour band, performing all over New England at tops events and venues including Lawn on D, Hampton Beach Seashell, City Hall Plaza, and at Food Trucks of America events.
Noah was a former co-host on Boston Free Radio in Sommerville, MA, and in 2019 he co-founded a podcast, The Young Council, which features rising musicians in the Boston area in a Q&A, and live performance format.
